$0.00 to $50.00 : $10.40

$50.01 to $75.00 : $13.75

$75.01 to $100.00 : $15.00

$100.01 to $125.00 : $16.50

$125.01 to $200.00 : $20.00

$200.01 and up : $26.99

We differ from other companies in the fact we ship most of our products out very quickly not in the average time of 2-4 weeks , unless specified. Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 business days from the date your payment is received. If you need your package shipped by a certain date please contact us at whiterosegifts1@yahoo.com or 315-622-1637 to establish if we can meet your request.

We are required by law to charge New York State sales tax on all orders shipped to a New York State address.

We ship only within the United States. We do not accept orders from outside the U.S. at this time.

All packages are insured.

Note: Shipping charges are non refundable.

We advise that you have your order shipped to an address where someone is present to accept your package.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR POST OFFICE BOX CUSTOMERS: Many of our products are shipped directly by the supplier to you. Our suppliers commonly use UPS or FedEx and therefore cannot ship to a post office box. Please do not place online order to a PO Box address.We cannot not ship to P.O Boxes and do not ship outside the US. Polices

Unfortunately, due to the fact that bridal and formal jewelry & accessories are intended for one-time usage, and the fact that many items are customized, we cannot accept returns. We do not issue refunds. All sales are final. This policy protects and insures you our customer. Every customer wants to know that they will be receiving a fresh & new product, no customer wants to receive a return that has been previously handled.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: We ask that you please read over the terms and conditions of our return and exchange policy carefully. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions we ask that you please not place an order.

Damaged orders or defective items will be replaced with a new copy of the same item. Damaged or defective Custom orders will be fixed or replaced.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you need to contact us within 2 DAYS of receiving the item to tell us the reason for the return and to receive a return authorization (RA) number. You may contact us at 315-622-1637 or www.whiterosegifts1@yahoo.com.

NOTE: We strongly urge that when you receive your order that you please check it over carefully and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if you have received a damaged or defective product. This policy is in place to better serve you our customer so that we can either fix or replace the item and send your item back out to you as quickly as possible.

We do realize colors & sizes of some products present themselves different on a computer screen, if you have any questions about a product color or size, please contact us before placing your order, we will be happy to answer your questions. Order Cancellations: Due to the fact that orders are processed immediately we are not able to accept order cancellations.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Steps to returning a damaged item

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you need to contact us at 315-622-1637 or www.whiterosegifts1@yahoo.com within 2 DAYS of receiving the item to tell us the reason for the return and to receive a return authorization (RA) number. When sending an item back, the RA number must be marked on the label and on a copy of the receipt. No returns will be accepted without the RA number. Absolutely no exceptions. We must receive returns within 7 days of you receiving a return authorization number.

Important Note: When shipping a damaged or defective item, please repackage item carefully. You may choose a carrier of your choice. However, if item is lost in transit, White Rose Boutique is not responsible. We strongly advise using a carrier that will provide both insurance and a tracking number or confirmation number.
